親愛的留學(xué)生們：
2020年伊始，新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情席卷全國，一場(chǎng)全民動(dòng)員的疫情防控阻擊戰(zhàn)迅速打響。近期，新冠肺炎世界疫情形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，特別是韓國、日本、意大利尤其讓我們關(guān)心。學(xué)校無時(shí)無刻不在牽掛著每一位國際學(xué)生的安危，希望這場(chǎng)疫情能盡快過去，盡快恢復(fù)以往祥和平靜的日子。我們真誠的期望每一位同學(xué)身心健康，平安度過這一段時(shí)光！
在抗擊疫情的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們做到如下幾點(diǎn)：
一、繼續(xù)采取防護(hù)措施
目前中國的疫情蔓延情況得到有效控制，但這并不意味著你們可以放松警惕。同學(xué)們要繼續(xù)保持防護(hù)意識(shí)，做到不串門，不聚集，盡量不外出。外出務(wù)必戴好口罩。
二、不得提前返校，時(shí)刻關(guān)注返校通知
當(dāng)前，疫情防控已進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵期，為了抗擊疫情，保障同學(xué)們的安全，學(xué)校推遲了開學(xué)時(shí)間，在此再次提醒大家在學(xué)校發(fā)布返校開學(xué)通知前，請(qǐng)大家不要擅自提前返回學(xué)校。請(qǐng)大家密切關(guān)注微信群和班主任老師發(fā)布的關(guān)于返校的相關(guān)通知。
如果你目前在海外，請(qǐng)暫時(shí)不要購買來華機(jī)票。
如果你目前住在校內(nèi)，請(qǐng)務(wù)必遵守疫情期間校內(nèi)住宿的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定。
三、認(rèn)真參與線上學(xué)習(xí)、做好個(gè)人時(shí)間管理
按照教育部“停課不停學(xué)”的要求，學(xué)校開展線上教學(xué)已有一段時(shí)間。請(qǐng)同學(xué)們按照網(wǎng)上授課時(shí)間表，開展線上課程的學(xué)習(xí)，并按照老師要求完成作業(yè)。如同在校學(xué)習(xí)一樣，認(rèn)真參與到各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過程中，為后面的學(xué)習(xí)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
四、遇到困難，隨時(shí)聯(lián)系
大家如果有什么問題和困難，通過電話、微信等方式聯(lián)系國際教育部班主任老師，我們會(huì)盡力幫助大家共克難關(guān)。

Dear international students of Changde Vocational Technical College,
The sudden outbreak of NCP broke the original peaceful life of all of us. In recent days, the epidemic of situation in China is still severe, and the number of people infected in other countries has also shown a trend of growth, especially South Korea, Japan and Italy. Our college is always concerned about the safety of all the international students. We hope we will fight against this epidemic as soon as possible and restore the peaceful and peaceful days of the past. We sincerely hope that every student can spend this difficult time safely.
During the epidemic, please do the followings to overcome the difficulties together:
1. Keep doing well in safety protection
Although now the spread of the epidemic is under effective control in China, but it does not mean that our guard can be lowered. Keep making yourselves alert in protection awareness. No visiting. No gathering. No going out whenever possible or wear a mask if really necessary.
2. Do not come back to college before the official notice about new registration date.
In order to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection and ensure the safety of all the students and staffs, our college has postponed the opening time of the spring semester and has taken series measures to prevent the spreading of epidemic. We would like to remind you once again that please don’t come back to college before the new registration date. Please pay close attention to the notice about returning to college published by the we-chat group of headteachers.
If you are not in China, you are advised not to buy return tickets for now.
If you currently live in the school dormitory, please follow the rules and regulations of accommodation.
3. Be serious about online learning
In accordance with the requirements of 'non-stop teaching and non-stop learning' by the Ministry of Education, our university has been organizing online education activities for a few weeks. Please follow the online teaching schedule to study, do the assignments and participate seriously in the learning process, just as what you do in the school.
4. Keep in touch with teachers
If you have any specific concerns or difficulties, please contact your headteacher. We are always here for help.
